CINDERFORD starlet Charlie-Mai Manns is following in the footsteps of fellow Foresters internationals Natasha Hunt and Ceri Large as she picks up silverware while representing her country.

Manns, a former mini and juniors member at Dockham Road, has had a whirlwind six months that has seen her lift two trophies in sevens action.

Manns will play for England Under-18s this weekend in the Rugby Europe Sevens tournament in Poland having already claimed the Home Nations tournament in Swansea.

England earned victory over Wales and Scotland, suffering defeat only to the Irish on day one of the tournament as Manns touched down four times with two tries each in the wins.

After beating Wales in the semi-finals on day two at Swansea University, Manns’ England took on Scotland in the final and run out comfortable winners with a 38-7 triumph.

Manns picked up another try to cap off a fantastic weekend.
