Two Forest of Dean women are to stand trial later this month, accused of assaulting a woman causing her actual bodily harm last year.
It is alleged that Aimee Wallis-Ellis, 37, of Spout Lane, Mitcheldean, and Hannah O’Hara, 39, of Oak Way, Littledean, committed the assault jointly in Cinderford on 10th July last year.
At Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court, the two defendants were bailed to await trial on 13th October.
They were told however, that there will be an earlier hearing, on 7th October, for a special measures application to be made by the Crown and that if they wish to contest it they should attend.
