CINDERFORD Head Coach Neil Loader admitted his side was 'awful' against fellow strugglers Old Albanians, but insists the squad is capable of 'quality rugby'.

Cinderford went down 14-8 at home on Saturday - and have only won once all season, back in September.

Loader, who took over at the start of the season, told The Forester: "We can sit and whinge and whine about the injury list, which is quite big, with a lot of influential players missing, but the players coming in are of a good standard."
