CHRIS Higgs (pictured) refused to touch the belt at the press launch to promote his fight for the International Masters welterweight title. The Lydney boxer will go into his bout with the experienced Mark Lloyd as the underdog. The fight will take place at the GL1 Leisure Centre in Gloucester on Friday November 23. Fledgling Forest pro Lewis Van Poetsch will fight on the undercard.
