FOREST rugby referee Wayne Barnes has won a massive honour after playing a big part in this year’s Rugby World Cup in Japan.
Bream-born Barnes, 40, has been named as the World Rugby Referee of the Year, and was presented with his trophy in Tokyo on Sunday evening.
