PARALYMPIC gold medallist Andy Lewis added another medal to his collection as he again delivered the goods at the British Championships.

Lewis topped the PTS2 category in his first event since suffering from a bike crash in June.

“I was a bit worried about the swim as I’ve not been very good lately and obviously having an accident I haven’t been able to train properly for eight weeks,” he said.

“Out on the bike it was very technical but what a day for it! Just beautiful.

“I got round the course as I wanted to - no injuries, no falls.

“It was a brilliant event, well organised as always and nice to have our coaches here as well to give us some guidance ahead of the world championships next week.”
