CINDERFORD director of rugby Andy Deacon says picking up points away from home is crucial to the club's survival in National League One.

Before Christmas, the Foresters were bottom of the table and had not gained a single point on their travels.

However, they've turned things around with back-to-back away wins, including a gutsy 12-5 success at Henley on Saturday.
