THE Forest's oldest rugby club - Bream RFC – wants to build a new clubhouse to secure its long-term future.

The club is seeking planning permission to demolish the existing clubhouse and have seven houses and seven flats built on club land in the village High Street.

The money raised from the sale of the land will go towards the new clubhouse and parking area.
