CINDERFORD Rugby Club have appointed Neil Loader as their head coach for the 2014/15 season. Saul Nelson joins the club as assistant coach. Loader's previous roles include coaching Rugby Parma under-21s in the Italian Top 10 Championship in 2003. He was head coach at L'Aquila Rugby and Rugby Lyons Piacenza in the Italian Top 10 and Serie A. He came home from Italy to coach Swindon because he was homesick – a role he held until May 2013. He left citing 'disagreements' off the field as his reason for going. Loader's teams generally have a reputation for playing expansive rugby.
