DRYBROOK and Newent rugby clubs are both just one win away from reaching prestigious national cup finals at Twickenham.
Newent coach Andy Addis hopes both clubs get over their final hurdles, saying 'Let's all go to Twickenham and take the place over'.
Drybrook won 39-7 at Marlborough in the RFU Senior Vase to reach the last four of the competition.
They must travel to the winners of Cantabrigian (Cambridgeshire) or Maidstone (Kent) in the semi-finals on March 30.
Drybrook coach Frazer McArdell admitted the grin still had not left his face on Monday morning, two days after one of the biggest wins in the club's proud history.
He said: "The support we got on Saturday was incredible, we completely took over one side of their pitch and made more noise than the home team. It made a big difference.
"The whole village and more turned out to support us. As a club we need to get promoted, but this shows how far we have progressed."
Newent hammered Chesham 50-0 to progress to the semi-finals of the RFU Junior Vase, where they will meet either Farnham (Surrey) or Wymondham (Norfolk) on March 30.
Newent coach Andy Addis said: "The boys were exceptional against Chesham, they did everything asked of them.
"It's brilliant for the town and lovely for the Forest – I hope we have two sides in the finals and we take Twickenham over.
"We would certainly support Drybrook and I hope they'd support us.
"I'm quite a shy person who keeps himself to himself, but this is just a great story. A few years ago we couldn't even raise a team.
"I can't wait to see Mike Poole, our president, who missed Saturday's game. He has given everything to this club."
To cap a great week, Andy has been recognised by the RFU for his volunteering services to rugby.
He has been invited to attend a special lunch in London and watch the England senior squad train.
