NEWENT goalkeeper Alex Goode is 'over the moon' at being selected to play at Wembley Stadium after successfully negotiating Open Trials held by The Football Association and FA Cup sponsors Budweiser.
The 29-year-old from Mitcheldean said it was 'every boy's dream' to play at the home of football having had trials with clubs such as Leicester City, Coventry City and Birmingham City as a youngster and played around the county with Gloucester City, Ellwood and Harrow Hill among others.
