CINDERFORD Town assistant manager Gerry Oldham has left the club to join Evesham United as their number two man, it has been confirmed.
Oldham’s future had been the topic of much speculation, having reportedly told the club he would leave after helping manager John Brough and his side win the Southern League Division One South & West title.
He will now assist Paul Collicutt at Evesham’s Jubilee Stadium.
Meanwhile, Niall Rowe has been released by Cheltenham Town following a training ground incident.
Rowe spent much of the season on loan at the Causeway and was a crucial part of the title-winning side.
The young academy prospect now finds himself without a side after the Robins let him go having ’accidentally’ thrown a dart at a television screen at the club’s Seasons base.
