A pair of the club’s Under-18s side are also due in action.
“We will use tonight’s game to ensure that all our players are prepared for league action and some players need more minutes than others,” said manager Paul Michael in his programme notes.
“Lewis Bamford, Lewis Ellis and Declan Morley-Lyne will all continue to build their fitness in this match after periods of absence.
“Newport loanees Joe Hunt and Michael Cook will make their full debuts for the club whilst Blaine Waugh serves the second game of this three-match ban and Sammie Hicks will remain sidelines with a knee injury that is being further investigated.
“Finally, youth players Miles Ferguson and Oliver Purdy will be involved again tonight and will be given game time at Southern League level.”
The visit of United sees former Town boss Tim Harris returned to the Causeway, having taken on the manager job at Redditch following his departure from Gloucester City.
“Tim brought great times to the Causeway in his time here as manager and always gave time to myself in numerous conversations last season, over the summer and early this season,” Michael added.
“For that I am appreciative and wish him all the very best in his new role with Redditch.”
