THE Tidenham and District Darts League continued on Friday with the latest round of matches bringing some exciting results across both divisions.

In Division 1, Chepstow Athletic Club secured a 9-6 victory over Mount Pleasant, maintaining their third position in the standings with 14 points. Tidenham Legion claimed a 9-6 win against Gamekeeper, strengthening their top position with 18 points.

Tufthorn Inn grabbed a win over Lydney F.C with a 9-6 scoreline, keeping themselves in second place with 14 points, while the Nags Head Cinderford narrowly defeated Tufthorn Inn B, 8-7.

In Division 2, St Briavels F.C just managed to defeat Cinderford R.F.C with an 8-7 win, which allowed them to move up one place to fourth in the standings, now with 8 points.

Rising Sun A continued their winning ways, defeating Tidenham Legion B 8-7 and further commanding their lead in the division with 16 points.

Woolaston F.C delivered a commanding 12-3 triumph over Rising Sun B, which saw them jump two places up to fifth in the league with 6 points. Rising Sun B meanwhile, dropped three places to seventh following their defeat.

Unlike Division 1 in the same night, the standings in Division 2 saw some changes, with St Briavels F.C and Woolaston F.C climbing the ranks, while Rising Sun B experienced a harsh drop.

The teams now all look to the weekend, with Division 1 seeing Bream taking on Tufthorn Inn B, Mount Pleasant against Lydney F.C, Nags Head A will welcome Chepstow Athletic Club and Tidenham Legion A will travel to Tufthorn Inn A.

Meanwhile, in Division 2, Globe Berry Hill takes on Rising Sun A, as Rising Sun B takes on the Nags Head Stallions. St Briavels F.C will face Woolaston F.C and Cinderford RFC will head to Tidenham Legion B.
