LYDBROOK chairman Nigel Cooper is hoping an early season overhaul of coaching staff will galvanise the playing squad after losing 8-0 against Broadwell last week.

First team coach Carl Williams departed the club on Tuesday with ex-Harrow Hill boss Martin Reid taking over.
