CINDERFORD Town produced the result of the day in the Southern League as they trounced third-placed Hamworthy United 5-0.

Former Cheltenham Town midfielder Felix Miles scored a hat-trick as the Foresters picked up three crucial at The Causeway.

Mike Symons and Finley Bell got the other goals.

Town are level on points with third from bottom Bristol Manor Farm but they have played one game more.
