BREAM Church of England Primary School entered the schools' tag rugby copmpetition this year.

The school's winning streak began in October when they won the cluster competition held at Dean Academy.

This was followed in May when Bream won the district finals held at Berry Hill Rugby Club against other Forest primary schools.

The county finals, organised by Gloucestershire Constabulary, were then held on May 24 at Old Richians RFC in Gloucester.

The team had a fantastic day and Mr Youngs, their coach, said they largely owed their success to "fantastic teamwork".

He said he was really proud of their sportsmanship and the way they encouraged each other.
