A Sling man caught speeding near his home had an out-of-date driving licence, a court heard.

Simon Killingback, 53, of Clements End Road was fined a total of £80 and ordered to pay £90 costs and a £32 surcharge after being convicted of exceeding 30mph on Oakwood Road, Sling, on August 17 this year and driving with a licence that had expired.

Cheltenham magistrates also endorsed his licence with three penalty points.
