A PARTIAL closure order has been put in place at a property in Ruardean following serious concerns from residents about ongoing anti-social behaviour and criminal activity.
Forest North Neighbourhood officers attended Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, January 6, in relation to an application linked to the address.
The order will remain in force until Tuesday, January 21, when the case will return to court and police will seek a full closure order.
Partial closure orders place restrictions on how a property is used, including limiting who can enter, while giving occupants an opportunity to change their behaviour.
A full closure order, if granted, would result in the property being completely closed for a set period, with entry limited to emergency services or authorised individuals only.
