A 39-year-old banned driver who failed to provide a blood sample after he was caught driving near Speech House has been disqualified for another three years.
Benjamin Oliver of Lychgate Mews, Lydney was also given a 12-month community order with rehabilitation activities and ordered to pay fines, costs and a surcharge totalling £299.
He pleaded guilty at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court to driving a Ford Transit while disqualified on July 11 last year and failing without reasonable excuse to supply a blood specimen.
