A 33 year old woman who repeatedly breached a court order banning her from an address in Tutshill has been locked up by Cheltenham Magistrates.

In November last year Lana Moseley of no fixed address was served with a restraining order to stay away her from the address in Coleford Road, Tutshill.

The order was made at Cheltenham Magistrates Court where, last week, Moseley admitted four breaches of it by going to the address on April 12 and 20 and twice on May 15.

The court remanded her in custody for a pre-sentence report to be prepared. The magistrates said they were refusing bail because of the nature and seriousness of the offences and the fact that Moseley is likely to re-offend.

Sentencing of Moseley for the breaches of the order will take place on June 17.
