A 46 year old Coleford man has been bailed to await sentence after he admitted using racially aggravated abusive behaviour in Gloucester.

Mark Mortimer of Newland Street pleaded guilty at Cheltenham Magistrates Court to the use of threatening, abusive or disorderly words or behaviour in the city on July 12 last year and accepted that it was racially aggravated and likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress.

The court bailed him till July 1 for sentence.
