A LYDNEY woman has been disqualified from driving for just over a year after admitting driving whilst over the alcohol limit.
Natalie Grindle, 47, of Ridler Road, pleaded guilty at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court to driving on Rodley Road with 58 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, exceeding the prescribed limit of 35 microgrammes.
The admission came at a trial where Grindle changed her plea.
Grindle was disqualified from driving for 14 months, reduced by 14 weeks due to her late guilty plea.
She was also fined £170 and ordered to pay £200 in costs and a £68 surcharge.
