A LYDNEY woman is due to be sentenced next month after admitting multiple offences including assault and breaching a court order.

Amy Cooper, 36, of Tulip Walk, pleaded guilty at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court to assaulting a man in June last year.

The 36-year-old also pleaded guilty to a charge of racially or religiously-aggravated intentional harassment, using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour.

Cooper also admitted owning another dog, despite being disqualified from doing so by an order imposed by Cardiff Magistrates’ Court in 2024.

Cooper will appear before Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court for sentencing on November 23.
