Police are appealing for information to help locate a missing 15-year-old girl from the Forest of Dean.

Brooke has not been seen since leaving an address in Lydney during the early hours of Tuesday, August 4.

Officers from Gloucestershire Constabulary say they are becoming increasingly concerned for her welfare and are urging anyone with information about her whereabouts to come forward.

Brooke is described as being around 5ft 5in tall, of medium build, with blonde hair which she sometimes wears in plaits.

When she was last seen, she was wearing a black sleeveless top, a black zip-up jacket and grey jogging bottoms. She was also carrying a rucksack.

Police believe Brooke may have travelled by public transport into Wales and could be trying to meet friends in Cardiff, Newport or Cwmbran.

Anyone who has seen Brooke, or who has information about where she may be, is asked to contact Gloucestershire Police by calling 101 and quoting incident 53260067125.
