THE season's only six weeks old, but Cinderford Town manager Steve Peters says he's already in the market for a new striker.
Peters admits he's short of a hitman, after unexpectedly losing both Jamal Easter and Sam O'Sullivan.
Easter, who impressed in pre-season, sent Peters a text on the day of the first game of the season to say he was no longer available for the club.
The former Cardiff City player is a postman and his hours at work have been extended, meaning he has to work until 2pm on Saturdays.
O'Sullivan transferred to Port Talbot.
"I'm actively hunting for another striker - we've got options, but no one who is going to score 30 goals a season," said Peters.
