CINDERFORD Town manager Paul Michael bemoaned two controversial decisions by referee Lisa Benn that he felt cost the Foresters three points at unbeaten Thatcham Town.

Cinderford led 2-1 until the 94th minute in their latest Southern League Division One South fixture but a perceived foul on goalkeeper Andy Hannah allowed Kyle Tooze to equalise after Liam Angel was sent-off for the visitors.

“In the first-half, we probably didn’t deserve to be level. We felt we weren’t at our best.

“In the second-half, I thought we were the better team.”
