CINDERFORD repulsed the challenge of Corse & Staunton Seconds by just 11 runs in a high scoring game.
Dan Kibble was high scorer for Cinderford with 84 and was the leading wicket taker for four.
The defeat leaves Corse hovering above the Gloucestershire Cricket League Division Four drop zone.
Cinderford elected to bat but lost Mitchell Scorer to a catch by Julian Jones off Chris Hutchings with the first ball of the second.
Hutchings had a second when he bowled Eddie Ruck for 38-2.
Mark House and Kibble then put on 65 for the third wicket.
House went to a catch by Ben Morton on 35 with the fifth ball of the 27th and Andrew Beavan was bowled by Cerys King three deliveries later for 107-4.
Kibble and Josh Edwards then put on 103 to take Cinderford to 210-5.
Kibble was bowled by Aulakh with his 82 coming off 84 balls and including 10 fours.
Edwards and Josh Warren saw Cinderford to a total of 213-5.
Edwards scored 45 off 45 balls including three fours and a six.
Corse had put on 70 for the first wicket when Ian Robson was stumped by Jonathan Bowdler.
The home side put on 43 before Turner was caught and bowled by Safseer P.
They were then 117-4 when Dudfield was bowled by Warren.
Scorer then took catches off Safseer to make it 151-5.
William Orton was caught by Ruck off Kibble at 158-6.
Kibble then made it 165-7 by bowling Brown and it was 170-8 when Morton was caught by Heath Rawlings off Kibble.
When King was bowled by Kibble, Corse needed 24 off 14 deliveries.
Another two runs came off the rest of the 38th but just off the penultimate over.
Aulakh finished with a four but Corse were just short.
