COUNTY League clubs have voted emphatically to keep the traditional cricket tea.
At the recent league spring meeting, member clubs were asked for their views on abolishing the tea between innings - for just a cup of tea or squash, and a slice of cake.
However, at the recent meeting, the idea received support from just a handful of clubs - meaning it 'will not be taken forward at this time'.
