HAVE NO SYMPATHY FOR STARMER.

Don’t have any sympathy for Kier Starmer. Reject his snivelling self-pity. If you want to shed a tear, shed one for the children of Gaza. He has been silent about their slaughter. He is complicit in the bestiality they have suffered.

This is man who lied blatantly to become the Leader of the Labour Party and then ‘purged’ all opposition to him. He supported policies to get elected and then immediately dumped them. In a previous existence as DPP he refused to prosecute Jimmy Saville but leapt strenuously into the campaign to destroy Julian Assange because Assange leaked the crimes the USA and UK were up to.

Remember what his entourage of fixers said to those of us in the Labour Party after he was elected: – ‘they will vote for us because there is nowhere else for them to go’.

Remember the vicious way that he and the appalling axewoman Yvette Cooper decided that if people wouldn’t shut up about the genocide in Gaza then the Government would prosecute them into silence.

How many people – seriously – do you know who think that campaigning for an end to genocide by holding up posters demanding it stop should be thrown into prison as ‘terrorists’? This is how far little Hitler Starmer became remote from reality, immersed in his own imperial vanity.

Starmer’s role was this: move the LP to the right so that it is acceptable to the moneyed elites who run this country. In slaughterhouses, they used to have what was called the ‘Judas sheep’. This was a trained pet wheeled out to lead the new flocks passively onto the kill floor. That’s what Starmer’s role was.

Will Burnham make any difference? Unlikely. The most useful thing he could do is accept that the current first past the post system has had it and introduce an acceptable form of Proportional Representation which allows some real politics to be exercised again in the UK. First past the post had the merit of ‘stability’ in days gone by: it no longer has and needs to be replaced.

He could stop arming Israel and impose sanctions on it and force the ‘Friends of Israel’ whose influence is perverting this country to register as ‘Foreign Agents’. He could stop sending billions to Ukraine and spend it on the NHS and public services and stop the habit that recent political leaders have adopted of conducting live daily performances on the world stage, hugging world leaders to show how important and ‘human’ they are.

The problems this country has are so profound and due to get much worse very quickly. There are no easy solutions – it will take AT LEAST ten years to begin to sort them out.

Most of all, Burnham could get back to class politics. What unites us all isn’t gender or sexuality or skin colour – it is class. There are those with money and power – and then there are the rest of us. That’s who Labour should be representing. Starmer didn’t. Good riddance.
