An 18 year-old Yorkley man who drove a VW Polo with defective tyres, windscreen washers and fog lamp has been ordered to pay £554 in fines, costs and surcharges.

Cameron Whittle of Bailey Hill, Yorkley, also had three points endorsed on his licence by magistrates in Cheltenham.

He admitted the offences which were committed on January 29 in Barnett Way, Gloucester.
