A FOREST of Dean woman is feeling half the lady she was – and has reversed a disorder which could have hindered her life enormously.
Mrs Liz Smith, from Yorkley, was a Type 2 diabetic but is celebrating losing over six stone and, with it, no longer has to use medication.
She has dropped an amazing 14 dress sizes and says she has never felt better.
She admits she would often eat high fat foods but, after plucking up the courage to join a Slimming World group at Lydney Town Hall, Mrs Smith said she ‘cannot get enough’ of healthier foods.
