SHANNON Richards, 42, of The Poplars, Over, is to be sentenced by a crown court judge after admitting damaging a man’s car windscreen and being in charge of a dangerously out of control dog which injured the same man.

Richards has been unconditionally bailed by Cheltenham magistrates to appear at Gloucester Crown Court for sentence on January 16.

Richards pleaded guilty to causing £100 damage to a car windscreen on July 1 2021 at Gloucester and indicated a guilty plea to an allegation of being in charge of a Belgian Shepherd dog at Over Farm, Over, which was dangerously out of control on the same date and injured the man.
