LEADER Tim Gwilliam insists that the Forest of Dean District Council will not give up on their investment plans to bring much-needed cash into the authority’s coffers despite the ‘debacle’ of a failed multi-million project at the end of last year.

And he says the next project to help them out is not too far away.
