A CRACKDOWN is set to take place on people unable or unwilling to pay their debts to the Forest of Dean District Council.

But, while they will be forceful to those debt avoiders, new Cabinet member for Finance Cllr Richard Leppington said the scheme would be sympathetic to people who are struggling to make ends meet.
