A 33-year-old Tidenham man has been placed on a 12 month community order after he admitted contacting a woman in breach of a non-molestation order.
David Graham of Deepwell Rise, Tidenham, pleaded guilty at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court to sending messages to the woman and calling her – both in breach of a court order made in 2021.
The offence was committed on October 31 2021.
As well as a community order with rehabilitation activities for up to 20 days, the magistrates fined Graham £50 and ordered him to pay costs and a surcharge totalling £180.
