A 37-year-old Ruspidge man has been banned from driving for a year after he admitted being at the wheel while over the alcohol limit.
Jamie Bradley of Hart Green pleaded guilty at Cheltenham Magistrates Court to driving a Toyota Hilux on the A48 at Minsterworth with 46 micrograms (mcgs) of alcohol on his breath on January 27 this year. The legal limit is 35mcgs.
He was ordered to pay £365 in fines, costs and surcharge. If he completes an approved driving course by September 13 this year his ban will be reduced by three months.
