THE Earl and Countess of Wessex are embarking on a fact-finding mission at five venues in the Forest of Dean next month.

Their Royal Highnesses Prince Edward and Sophie will be visiting the area on Thursday, April 24.

The couple will take lunch at the Speech House Hotel before being escorted to plant an oak tree on land opposite the hotel.
