A horse riding accident sparked a dramatic rescue at Lea Show this week.

An air ambulance was scrambled to Dean Common Farm on the Mitcheldean Road after Becky Byard fell from her horse.

The 18-year-old suffered chest, abdomen and knee injuries and was strapped to a spinal board before being rushed to Hereford County Hospital by helicopter.
