Officers searched the home in South Road and also found £600 in cash and drugs paraphernalia last Thursday.
A 33-year-old Coleford man was arrested on Monday in connection with the raid, and has been released on police bail pending enquiries.
A drugs warrant was also executed in Park Road, Mitcheldean on the same day as the Coleford raid, but nothing significant was found.
The previous day a house in Park Road, Berry Hill was searched and cannabis resin was found.
A 40-year-old woman was arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply. She has been released on police bail.
Inspector Richard Boyles said: "Those involved in the supply of illegal drugs are causing harm within the Forest and we are determined that, with the support of our communities, we will tackle the problem.
"We'd appreciate information from anyone who knows who is involved in the illegal drugs trade in the Forest, so let us have that information and we will take the appropriate action."
