FOREST police reminded residents to be vigilant following instances of recent antisocial behaviour.
On the evening of Tuesday, December 9, in the Mirum Park Estate in Lydney, police received reports that a vehicle had a bright yellow cross painted on its windscreen.
Police also received recent reports of 'Nottingham Knockers' trying to sell items door to door.
A police spokesperson said: “Please be aware that anyone selling door to door should have a Pedlars Licence that is issued by the district council, and if they do not have this licence with them, they should not be selling the items”
The Forest Neighbourhood Policing Team said it will continue conducting foot patrols in local areas.
You can report antisocial behaviour by dialling 101.
