THE Forest of Dean District Council has published its latest list of planning applications, featuring proposals affecting listed buildings, conservation areas and a major development site.

The notice, dated September 23, invites public comments on schemes across Westbury‑on‑Severn, Lydbrook, Lydney and Redmarley.

Among the submissions is listed building work at Boseley Court, where retrospective consent is sought for the reconstruction of a wall. A similar retrospective application, P0859/26/FUL, also relates to the site.

In Lydbrook, Greenway Cottage has applied to install replacement doors and windows, while two linked applications propose significant alterations and a change of use at Lydney Baptist Chapel, including converting the former church into two residential units.

Other proposals include a single‑storey extension at Hillview Farm and a Section 73 amendment to the major development north‑east of Grove Lane, Lydney.
