A 34-year old-Parkend man who failed to provide a breath specimen to the police has been banned from driving for three years.
Ashley Gwynne of New Road was also ordered by Cheltenham magistrates to pay £199 costs and surcharges.
Gwynne pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen to police in Gloucester on 11th September this year when required to do so during an investigation into a suspected motoring offence.
The magistrates ordered Gwynne to have treatment for alcohol dependency for a period of up to six months, as directed by the probation service.
He was also placed on a rehabilition activity requirement with up to 10 days of activities.
