PARENTS in Gloucestershire that go through challenging times struggle for an average of six to nine months before seeking help, according to a recent survey.
The survey, which was carried out by local parent support network Home-Start Gloucestershire, found that ninety-five percent of respondents believed that struggling parents would delay in asking for support, with local Home-Start branches saying that some parents wait for more than seven months before seeking out.
