FED-UP Lydney resident Gina Collins says living near the Newerne Street car park is making her life a misery.

Gina, of Albert Street, told Lydney Town Council that she has to endure the noise coming from loud exhausts and blaring car stereos from vehicles in the car park late into the evening.

She said: "I can't open my windows because the noise is so bad and when they turn up their stereos the vibrations make my windows shudder.

"In the summer, I can't go out into my garden because of the noise, as they park outside my fence. You wouldn't believe the noise from their exhausts."
