SPEEDING on the A48 at Westbury has cost a 60-year-old Mitcheldean woman £146 in fines, costs and surcharges as well as three penalty points endorsed on her licence.

Susan Hill-Venning of Lower Shapridge, Mitcheldean, was found guilty at Cheltenham Magistrates’ Court of driving Nissan car past Westbury Court Gardens on August 9 last year in excess of the 30mph limit.
