Cinderford solicitors Thorpe and Thorpe has gone bankrupt, leaving a number of residents waiting while a new firm is found to handle their affairs.
The law firm, of High Street, closed in December and was winding down with the help of the Solicitors Regulation Authority, but went bankrupt in March. The firm's funds have been frozen and it is working with the SRA until someone can take over the clients' business.
