THIS match did not kick-off until 3.45pm on Saturday, because the Foresters didn't arrive in Southampton until 3.20pm.

That left them with less than 20 minutes to change and warm-up.

With Danny Haines not available, Dan Harrison and Greg Lewis both started, while keeper Ben John was dropped for Alex Harris.

Cinderford did not let those travel disruptions affect them on the pitch, and another hard-working display resulted in a decent point against one of the league title favourites.

Town controlled the first half and went in front through a tremendous 20-yard strike from Mike Whittington in the 24th minute.

Sholing improved after the break and drew level through Bowers on 76 minutes.
