Cinderford Town 2
Tiverton Town 3
A 90TH minute goal from Michael Nardiello left Cinderford with nothing to show for a gutsy fight back at The Causeway on Saturday.
Tiverton took the lead in first half stoppage time when Joe Bushin climbed above Greg Lewis to find the top corner with a header.
In the second half Ben John made a tremendous penalty stop to deny Bushin after Warren Archer was adjudged to have handled.
However, the ball bounced back to the striker, who made no mistake at the second attempt.
It was a harsh decision, with Archer seemingly unable to get out of the way of the ball.
Cinderford fought back valiantly with two goals in eight minutes.
A 66th minute Dale Evans free-kick was headed across the box by Lewis Sommers and Dan Harrison was on hand to score his second goal in as many games.
Former Torquay United midfielder Kevin Hill then headed into his own net when under pressure from Andy Lewis to defend a cross.
Tiverton broke Cinderford's hearts with a scrappy late goal from Nardiello, who forced the ball and the Town keeper over the line after a Gardner header looped over Ben John and clipped the underside of the bar.
