Killer Adrian Prout has shown police where he buried the body of his wife, Kate.Prout, who was found guilty of murder and jailed for life in February last year, was taken from his prison cell to the farm in Redmarley where he lived with Kate to show officers where her body lies.

It is believed Prout confessed to his new partner Debbie Garlick, with whom he has a young son, when she visited him in HMP Garth in Lancashire last week.Police failed to find any trace of Kate, 55, across Redhill Farm's 280 acres of land following her disappearance in November, 2007.During his trial and for almost two years into his 18-year sentence Prout claimed to be innocent but police now say he has admitted the killing.Prout was driven into an area of woodland on his former farm, which was recently sold for around £1million, while handcuffed to a police officer.Redhill Farm will remain guarded by police through the weekend and it is expected officers will try and recover Kate's body next week.
